At Ph.D. we always get our cup of coffee even if the candidate is happy. We then do an in-depth analysis of their current role, colleagues, boss, career ambitions, career potential, financial remuneration and personal circumstances and then if their skills match we then sell the benefits of our clients roles against their current circumstances.
This is a truly effective technique that results in 75% of all the candidates we put forward getting interviewed with a 50% first round to second round interview progression.
