Honesty and integrity.

What we look for in our candidates

Tertiary education or relevant professional qualifications, (some exceptions for experienced hires).
Stable career track record, minimum of 2 years changing between firms (odd blips are overlooked).
Record of achievement within the roles you have worked in – domain expertise.
Common sense and good communication skills
Desire to be successful or achieve (but not at megalomaniac proportions)
Honesty and integrity
