What we look for in our candidates

  • Tertiary education or relevant professional qualifications, (some exceptions for experienced hires).
  • Stable career track record, minimum of 2 years changing between firms (odd blips are overlooked).
  • Record of achievement within the roles you have worked in – domain expertise.
  • Common sense and good communication skills
  • Desire to be successful or achieve (but not at megalomaniac proportions)
  • Honesty and integrity
