We have been in operation for 20 years working for industry leaders. We believe strong businesses are built on solid foundations not shifting sands. Our philosophy is without talent there is not a market leading sustainable business. We work for firms that are market leaders. The firms we represent are the best in their field, our philosophy is intelligent people make intelligent decisions and each person has their own free will to choose what is right for them. We do not force decisions as short term fees for us lead to short term results. We see oursleves as partners to our clients and candidates and we invest in both equally. We have been working for our chosen big brand clients for over 5 years operating up to board level, however in the last few years we have also started to work for some very intersting hedge funds and start ups that have significant market advantage.
We have a systematic approach and we apply exceptionally high standards. While we are called PhD Search and Selection only 25% of our candidates have PhD's. The mainstay of our business is industry experts for high profile roles in the global economy. We are specialised in financial markets and management consultancy. While we do deal with other industry roles 90% of our roles are in these areas.
Our typical candidates have more than 10 years industry experience a degree and are an expert in their field. We focus on career minded candidates and it raises a red flag if candidates frequantly change firms. On occasion we will consider people who have less than 5 years commercial experience or have recently completed a PhD but only of it is relevant to our specialities.
As a small firm we are not signed up to multiple firms within the same space, this flexibility makes us very agile to deliver against the larger search firms that have non-compete agreements.
